By signing up for or using Elevate Links you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any point, do not use the service. If you use Elevate Links on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

Elevate Links is a SaaS bio-links platform that lets you build a public page with your links, social profiles, products, and content, and share it from your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube bio, or anywhere else. We offer templates, analytics, third-party integrations, and customization tools.

• You need a valid email address to sign up.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old. If we discover that a user is below that age, we will suspend the account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Elevate Links offers a free tier and one or more paid subscription tiers. The specific plans, prices, billing cycles (monthly / yearly) and feature breakdown are listed at elevatelinks.app/#pricing and inside your billing dashboard. We may add, remove or rename plans over time without modifying the terms of subscriptions you have already purchased.

Free tier: usable for life with feature limitations and a permanent “Elevate Links” footer branding shown on your public bio page. The branding can be removed by upgrading to a paid tier.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Depending on your billing address, applicable US state sales tax is automatically added at checkout via Stripe Tax. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard: you will keep your plan until the end of the period already paid for. We do not issue partial refunds for unused periods.

There are things you cannot do with Elevate Links. It is prohibited to publish or link to:

• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Spam, pyramid schemes, or fraud.
• Malware, phishing, or malicious software.
• Impersonation of people, brands, or organizations.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Non-consensual sexual material or content involving minors.
• Incitement to violence, hate speech, or harassment.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these rules, with no refund and without prior notice when the severity warrants it.

Everything you upload (text, images, links, configurations) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.

To be able to display your bio page to the world, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content within the platform. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights necessary to do so.

The code, designs, templates, brand, logos, and name of Elevate Links are our property and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Elevate Links is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or have 100% uptime. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but outages, incidents, or changes may occur.

To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you have paid to Elevate Links in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate Links, its collaborators, and providers from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the content you publish, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the product, the law, or our practices. We will notify you by email and through a visible notice in the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the changes will be considered acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith through direct contact at elevatehuboficial@gmail.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, the exclusive venue will be the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and Elevate Links consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
